√ That’s very important to write Abstract/Full Paper Title and all authors information during registration & payment process. Otherwise you may have problem with your University/Organization.

√ Please Pay attention Registration and Payment date should be after date of your official permission from your University/Organization. 

√ International Payment system will automatically make payments from the exchange rate. Your Invoice will be sent to your e-mail address automatically.

*In addition to the presenting participants fee, a listener participating fee will be paid if the co-author comes to the face-to-face sessions in Thessaloniki.

**Registration fee includes lunch and Coffee Breaks (17th of May 2024),  Conference Program, Conference Program and the Abstract Book (with an ISBN number in PDF form), conference proceedings (with an ISBN in PDF form). Registration Fees don’t cover accommodation or any other expenses.

Türkiye’den yüzyüze oturumlara katılmak üzere Selanik/Yunanistan’a gelecek katılımcılar 1 Nisan 2024 tarihine kadar 150 € olarak  erken kayıt fırsatından yararlanabilir. Yine Türkiye’den online olarak katılacak katılımcılarımız 60 € olarak 1 Nisan 2024 tarihine kadar erken kayıt fırsatından faydalanabilir. (Bu fiyatların kontenjanı 10 kişidir.)

• Participation certificates of participants via online will be sent to the address by mail.
• Please wait for your acceptance letter which you should receive through your email. If you do not receive an acceptance letter within 10 days please contact the conference chair by E-MAIL
